The Role

As a Wingwomen LE, you will help us achieve our mission to provide access to wrap-around education and support to women navigating their preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum journey. This role is intended for persons who wish to join our community and provide support to our patients. It is an unpaid, ambassador role, and all ambassadors must undergo an interview and display an aptitude for advocacy.

The ideal candidate:

• Has direct lived experience navigating, managing or supporting someone with a reproductive health condition like PCOS/ Endometriosis/ Uterine Fibroids, miscarriage, abortion, birth or postpartum.

• Has worked in the healthcare or medical field for at least 3 years.

• Has no issue supporting clients whether they are working with an MD, ND, or midwife. 

• Is flexible, collaborative has a beginner’s mindset, and is open to innovative approaches to care. 

• Has access to a computer or cell phone to communicate with community.

• Understands and supports Evidence Based Birth research and methodology. 

• Is willing to maintain patient confidentiality.
