Job Summary: As the Chief Impact Officer (CIO) at Wingwomen, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commitment to making a lasting impact on women's reproductive health. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social impact, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Impact Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to enhance Wingwomen's impact in women's reproductive health, aligning with the company's mission and values.

  2. Partnership Development: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with organizations, NGOs, and stakeholders to amplify Wingwomen's reach and influence in the reproductive health sector.

  3. Advocacy and Outreach: Lead advocacy efforts to promote awareness, education, and policy changes related to women's reproductive health, positioning Wingwomen as a thought leader in the field.

  4. Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the social impact of Wingwomen's initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Operations, to integrate impact considerations into every aspect of the business.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of leadership in impact-focused roles within the healthcare or social impact sector.

  2. Strong understanding of women's reproductive health issues, with a commitment to advancing positive change.

  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

  4. Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability to navigate complex challenges in the field of reproductive health.

  5. Demonstrated success in building and managing partnerships that drive social impact.

  6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
