Job Overview: As the Chief Patient Advocate at Wingwomen, you will play a pivotal role in championing the rights and needs of our patients. You will lead our patient advocacy initiatives, ensuring that every individual we serve receives the highest level of support, understanding, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement patient advocacy strategies to enhance the overall patient experience.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient-centric practices into all aspects of our services.

  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups.

  4. Advocate for patient needs internally, influencing product development, customer service protocols, and organizational policies.

  5. Conduct training sessions for staff to promote a patient-centered approach and empathy in all interactions.

  6. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to patient advocacy.

  7. Lead efforts to resolve patient concerns, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

  8. Represent Wingwomen at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote patient advocacy and share insights.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

  2. Proven experience in patient advocacy or related healthcare roles.

  3. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.

  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. Ability to lead and inspire teams toward a patient-centric mindset.

  6. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Familiarity with technological solutions enhancing patient engagement is a plus.
