The Role

As a Wingwomen Reproductive Health Coach, you will help us achieve our mission to provide access to peer support, health coaching, and relationship-based care to women navigating their sexual and reproductive health.

You will educate our clients on reproductive health, provide information about standards of care and ultimately help our clients make behavioral changes to improve their quality of life.

Our coaches will also offer support and encouragement, track goals and provide strategies to support program success to our clients.

Our coaches leverage their professional experience, coaching skill sets or clinical background to help our clients achieve their goals.

From time to time, you may work with Wingwomen’s partners to refer clients to mental health or reproductive health professionals, to support optimal progress.
