Conflicts of Interest Initiative
At Wingwomen, we are building a future where maternal, neonatal, and reproductive healthcare are reimagined through innovative technologies, ethical business practices, and collaborative partnerships. To protect our intellectual property, business relationships, and community trust, we’ve started an initiative to disclose a list of organizations where existing or past affiliations may present a conflict of interest for prospective team members, contractors, investors, or advisors.
This initiative is a proactive step to preserve the integrity of the innovations developed by Wingwomen and its team—and to honor and protect the intellectual property of other companies and organizations working in this space. We believe in fair competition, clean boundaries, and a future where the unique contributions of each visionary company can be celebrated, not compromised.
Why We Maintain This List
We have implemented this list to:
Protect the proprietary ideas, technology, designs, and business strategies developed by Wingwomen and its contributors.
To protect our investors and their belief in our innovation and contributions in FemTech and women’s health.
Prevent cross-contamination or unintentional disclosure of confidential information between companies operating in similar or overlapping verticals.
Respect the work, investments, and intellectual property of other organizations and startups innovating in maternal health, femtech, digital health, and medical devices.
Uphold a healthy innovation ecosystem where each company’s contributions are valued and not undermined by dual affiliations or behind-the-scenes conflicts.
We Are a Non-Political Company
Wingwomen is a non-partisan, apolitical organization. We do not solicit investment, or funding from:
Politicians
Political action committees (PACs)
Lobbyist organizations

Political parties
Our work is rooted in health equity, science, and technological innovation—not political agendas. We encourage individuals, partners, and collaborators to engage with Wingwomen by exploring our work directly and forming relationships based on the impact, mission, and values we embody—not external ideologies or affiliations.
